  • The fee for each session is €75, due at the commencement of the session. I accept both card and cash payments.

  • Cancellations made on the day of or day before your scheduled session will incur the full cancellation fee. I require at least 2 days' notice for cancellations to avoid this charge.

  • Therapy can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem, grief, stress, and life transitions. If you're unsure whether psychotherapy is right for you, feel free to reach out to discuss your specific concerns.

  • Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if there is a legal requirement for disclosure. As a mandated person under the Children First Act, I also have a duty to report any concerns for child protection.

  • The first session is an opportunity to share your reasons for seeking therapy. There's no need to prepare anything specific, but it can be helpful to reflect on what you’d like to discuss in our work together.

  • In case of an emergency or if you need immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. Our therapy sessions are not intended for crisis intervention, but we can discuss crisis management and appropriate resources during your therapy sessions.
