Psychotherapy and Counselling in Mullingar and Online
Ruth Raleigh Psychotherapy offers a calm and confidential space for therapy and counselling in Mullingar or online
Welcome to Ruth Raleigh Psychotherapy
I offer psychotherapy and counselling in Mullingar and online, supporting people who want to make sense of their inner world, explore longstanding patterns, or work through emotional difficulties.
Some people come to therapy with a clear sense of what they want to explore. Others arrive unsure of where to begin, only knowing that something does not feel quite right. You do not need to have it all figured out to start.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor each session to suit your individual needs. My approach is collaborative, recognising you as the expert on your own life. I draw from humanistic and psychodynamic principles to create a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
This is not about quick solutions or techniques, but about creating space for deeper reflection. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, helping you develop insight and understanding that can lead to lasting change.
I work with a range of concerns, including grief, childhood trauma, relationship dynamics, men’s mental health, chronic health conditions, and identity exploration. Whether you attend in-person sessions in Mullingar or work with me online, my aim is to support a deeper understanding of yourself, so that life begins to feel more manageable, meaningful, and your own.
